At the Varad Property Festival, we introduced a first-of-its-kind revenue model to the market. Instead of traditional exhibition fees, builders were invited to showcase their projects at our property expo and pay a brokerage only after successful sales bookings — up to 5% per transaction. This performance-driven approach created strong builder participation and buyer engagement. With the dedicated on-ground team of our client, Varad Property Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the festival successfully achieved 100+ confirmed property bookings, establishing the event as a results-focused real estate sales platform.
